Selected in a Big4 firm and one MNC shortlisting is going on, hopefully will be selected within 7-8 days.The MNC will be offering good package,but Big4 is just giving 20% hike in my salary and waiting for my decision to say yes or no,to proceed further with offer letter. Query :1. If I say yes to the Big4, and when they issue the offer letter,and then I reject, can they blacklist me. 2. I am leaving JP Morgan next month and have resigned before completing of my 1 year with the firm but technically my year will be completed next month before notice period. The laptop allowance and the relocation allowances will it be recovered from me during my exit??

No offence but how long could have donkeys ran like a horse….service companies spending like a product company in recruitment is a recipe for disaster!
True…that again comes back to service based companies not planning their costs well and overspending.
Now anyways they are doing cost cutting and what not
Wonder, infy always check for people who can join by reducing salary on present CTC on the name of 'brand'.

That's fear mongering, I am on resignation with 100% hike (even right now I've pretty high salary). I get around 4-5 calls everyday for a open positions from different companies.
