How long does it take post the technical interview rounds to hear back from the recruiter?

I have two things i want to know!
1. I have a an interview with Disney coming up for a Comms strategy specialist. How should I prep for that?
2. I want to apply to Microsoft for a Comms Manager role. I am having a hard time on finding the right people to network with for a referral/how to stand out from the crowd.

I applied for a job at Visa and was contacted the same day. A few days later I had a 30-minute screening interview with the hiring manager. I knew I was very early in the process since the job had only been posted for a few days. It's been 3 weeks and I haven't heard back, even after reaching out to the recruiter. I'm holding an offer from MakeMyTrip and another offer from OlaElectric. Ninjacart is willing to make me an offer. But they're saying that they'd discuss the offer only after the other company that I'm interviewing with has come up with an offer first. There's been a delay from HRs of the companies in a similar way. How do I urge them to send me the offer letter without sounding pushy? I had reached out to some of the HRs myself. Would that be too awkward if I accept & back out their offer?
