I need your suggestions. When I joined this company I got into development team, one black day turn my happiness into sorrow. They moved me into support team. I just hating my job. In development team I had many learning opportunities, and so passionate developer. I tried to tell manager as well but she is no listening to me. I planned to stay here for 2yr at least, but the compelled me to find new job.

Buddy, you are 6 yoe and you still don't know how to calculate your in-hand? Is it that difficult?
Your in hand will be between 90-95k. Take a good look at your comp, there are only 2 items that’ll be paid directly to you.
1. Basic
2. FEP
Rest all of the items are what company is investing in you and making it look like they’re paying you. It’s a very inflated comp and very poorly designed.
Around 1 lacs to 1 lacs 10 thousand.
Is it mindtree?If yes then i guess your designation is C4.For C4 u will be getting FEP+basic+bonus divided in 12 equal components yearly.So it should be around 1.10-1.15.
By the way wich organisation.
Your post tax would be around 90-95K. I have the almost same comp.
Its on old tax slab after deducting 150K under 80C
