Can anybody share with me how they started a career in clinical research? I have been applying to jobs for well over a year and have received little to no feedback. I believe I have the perfect educational background (B.S. Biology) and work experience (6 years working in clinical settings and 8 years of customer service experience), but I am constantly being overlooked by people that have direct experience. What am I doing wrong and how can I land more job interviews. Any advice helps!
