As an ADC applying this summer for 2022 start, I haven’t gotten a chance to connect with any L.E.K. Consulting members and I really want to get to know the company better before moving on with my application. Any L.E.K. Consulting fish out there willing to spare a few minutes to chat about their work, the company, the culture etc? Thanks!
Anyone going in on VNET?

My offer says that I am able to participate in the “Incentive Compensation Plan.” I’m assuming there is still a plan?
^not true
Fine, it is not true because it is inaccurate.
The first commenter was right. I’m too lazy to verify the amounts but i think you get 1500 per year for gym/phone/student loan and 8000 on your 3 year anniversary. This is completely separate from the yearly bonus based on chargeable hours and the no rating rating.
It's 8k 3 years after promotion/hire to senior plus 1,200 per year in reimbursements for all staff and seniors.
The program recently changed. Not familiar with the new structure. I think the theoretical maximum payout is much lower now, around 14K or so? Maybe a current associate / senior can fill in the blanks.
In the old ECIB program you chose how long you wanted to wait to receive your bonus each year as a senior associate and that determined the amount. Each year you elected a deferral period of one to three years equating to a bonus amount of 4K-12K per year. 36K was the maximum payout.
I thought they got rid of that.
Ha yeah it’s like their pension. Vapors...
Incentive compensation plan is your regular yearly bonus. Works just like everywhere - it depends on your effective utilization and how much the management likes you.
It’s good practice to explain why something isn’t true, not just claim it, SA1.
Now go up the thread and read another ops comment - they were mentioning about an incentive compensation plan in their job offer. It isn’t career rewards bonus as there’s no incentive built in there.
You get 1,200 a year for staff/senior with 8k payout once promoted to manager.
@KPMG4 you don't need the manager promotion just 3 years as senior.
KPMG 3, I agree with you. For most people timing should be around making manager but it's not necessary to get the pay out.
