I currently work there and can’t give great advice as I haven’t worked anywhere else, but I enjoy it. I could never imagine going to big 4 because I’m too used to the hours at a mid size firm. Culture is good but that also depends on which office you’re looking at
Types of clients are far more different than the hours involved
I’m interviewing with them right now. Really cool people in the office I visited. Felt like I fit in like a glove with them.
Would accept an offer from them if I can be on a few of the SEC reporting clients.
worked there. place was fine but everyone was way underpaid compared to other similar sized and larger firms. Only left because market rates were 25-30% more and literally EVERYONE was ok being underpaid.
I like people but ultimately i have a job to make money and provide for a family. People were very nice still talk to some of them and hang with other EB alum.
I have a friend who works there and only provides netsuite support. And they sound miserable
I used to work there. I enjoyed it but it all depends on the office and what type of work you do
^ what are the hours you're referring to?
