It's hard to say because Slalom is very decentralized. Because of their local model, each office operates independently, so the culture and processes vary widely between offices.
That said, there's usually a case, but it's fairly simple. A generic change management situation, and you will have to put together 5-6 slides for a 10-15min presentation. Though, that can be waived if you have enough experience.

Typical flow: Phone screen, skills assessment, case study, practice lead/hiring manager but SL1 is right it varies by market. The format of the case can change too. Some markets give the case ahead of time and ask for slides, others immediately before and ask for a summary pitch at the end, and others no slides or pitch but a walk through of activities and deliverables (bonus points if you buy them into a gantt view on the whiteboard)
