I am bit confused with 2 offers in hand. One from E *Y and Another from *ccenture E*Y pays a better fixed with 10 % fixed bonus *ccenture pay 1 lakh less to the fixed pay from e*y with 27 percentage variable . *ccenture also paying joining bonus of 1 lk. Both HR are not negotiable . Experts please help with your comments so that I can decide based on your comments. I would like to know what will be a better option for 7.5 year experience person.

Shout out to KPMG for the summer bonus of meat!
Would you guys recommend leaving for another job before bonus’s are paid out? Also, the firm (RSM) might ask to pay back 50% of CPA bonus and study materials since I’m 4 months away from my 2 yr mark. I could use PTO for a lot of the summer so I don’t know if its worth starting another job. I’d miss out on probably $1500 of bonus and have to pay back $2500. I’d get about $2000 of PTO paid out.
