Ok be honest, candidates. I really love this set of questions, I’ve been considering shifting my current interview style to these questions - I think they really give you an idea of who this person would be within the work setting. But the questions almost feel too deep for a recruiter to ask. What would you think if a recruiter took a different path and asked these questions instead of the usual ones?

For the panel presentation:
1)Tell the audience what you are going to tell them (agenda+extra)
2) Tell them
3) Tell them what you told them (recap)
Other tips:
1) Anticipate questions they would ask and prepare their answers
2) Practice in front of others ahead of time
3) slow down to avoid filler words
4) don’t write everything on the slides (make sure the slides are professional and visually appealing
5) Don’t be defensive about any feedback
