Curious what market rate would be for my role: Head of HR for a tech start up, nationwide/remote company based out of Pittsburgh. I’m the first HR and run everything except payroll. Responsible for building comp program.career pathing, emerging leaders program, performance program, all recruiting/onboarding, L&D, etc. Thecompany is scaling and high growth. I have SPHR-SCP and 15 years experience in corporate and small companies. Currently at $102K base + 20% incentive. Seems low to me, thoughts?

McKinsey & Company Potential offer at McK, experienced hire (17 YOE but no generalist consulting background) coming in as EM in their solutions practice. I was told the TC base + bonus was 180K.. Likely offer $180K base, 15% bonus, asked for sign on bonus - don’t know a number yet.. is this standard within the range? What else can you negotiate and how much? Relocation expenses? I joined NTT Data UK a few months back and I’m really enjoying it so far. I haven’t heard anything about a 1 month bench policy - not sure if this applies to the UK but I would be very surprised as it’s not something that has been mentioned. The culture is good and the pay is pretty good too - at least on par with, if not exceeding, that of big 4.
Am not sure why people have got not so good reviews about NTT. And classify it not a great employer to be.
May I know the salary you were offered for Grade 10 position? I have been approached by them and trying to get an idea about what salary I can expect.
