Can I transfer my CSR points to someone else or can I transfer my csr points to their United / southwest accounts, etc. is there any fee associated with it?

I just got a job with Delta airlines and I had an accomodation request to work remotely as I am Immunocompromised. I provided all the neccesary documents to back up my request and letters and documents from my Dr. aswell. My request was denied because the team said they wanted me to have face time and one on one interactions with people from other team (which defeats the purpose of my request) because I have to limit those interactions to reduce the risk of infection. What do I do?

I then get hit with a $180 ride. Marriott website says taxi should be $65. Should I complain or let it go?
