I want to share very bad experience I had at Mastercard
I was given offer by Mastercard in month of Dec The hike was less but looking at brand & other perks I accepted the offer & was looking forward to joining them.I got few offers & I went back to them for sole purpose of renegotiating CTC, to have a industry standard hike. They didn't reverted back for 2-3 days & just dropped a mail that they are revoking initial offer as well on grounds that they didn't like i gave other interview

Is it a fair to assume that those on the CD&O track must be aligned to a project at all times? If so that sounds a lot like our “project delivery” track. Which pays less and requires no additional firm work, BUT if their project ends for any reason there is only a 2-3 week time frame on the bench to find a new role before you’re laid off.
CD&O: A, SA, C, AM, Mgr, Sr Mgr, Assoc Dir, MD. C&M: A, SA, C, Mgr, Sr Mgr, MD
Pay is about 20% to 40% higher in C&M depending on level and city.
Associate Manager is CD&O (ops / delivery...aka staff aug) not C&M (Consulting). CD&O is not strictly up or out, thus tenure is not a real factor.
So it’s two different tracks? Can you advise on the levels of the respective tracks?
