Hi guys, After CAF completion by last week, yesterday I received a call from the HR for the second round of evaluation. So, I attended it yesterday and performed well by answering 90-95% of the questions. Even the interviewer gave good comments on my performance. But suddenly today I received an email that my candidature isn't suitable for the role and they're keeping my profile in the database. Older companies do whatever they can to pay you the least amount and get the max work out of you. Except our generation will just leave amid we’re being mistreated, not complain for 35 years making 50k and 0 advancement.

Is it a red flag if, after almost two years in a full quota carrying and selling role I want to take a lower role at another company in order to break into a field (tech sales) I want to work in? It’s better pay - closer to home and at a company with a better reputation?
