Hi there, I have 3.5 YOE working for NHS Finance. I applied to Deloitte Risk Advisory, Public Sector (London, UK) and was successful. Waiting to hear back with package offer but it’s been over 2 weeks - was told they may offer M2 grade, any ideas what this is?
I’m also interviewing for Senior consultant role also at Deloitte. How much would this typically pay?
Torn whether to stay within NHS as I will be getting an internal promotion or move to Deloitte.

Hello, I have an interview coming up with Facebook (Meta) and its a manager role leading a global process team with multiple people reporting to the role.I have been told by the recruiter that Meta is fairly flat and the title does not really describe its seniority. I wanted to calibrate my experience to the role, would anyone have advice regarding levels at Meta and any other advice for an interview with them? Thanks

For those coming out of undergrad or less than 3 years of experience, they are an amazing learning opportunities plus high comp. Just be warned, you will be worked (maybe not MBB crazy levels… but you will be)
Recruiting for these roles usually happens around school calendars too (ie, school career fairs in the fall and spring)
I’m in CDP now (first year out of college) and loving it - great compensation, been able to maintain good work/life balance (I’m sure this varies by project) AND I feel like I have actually responsibilities/own tasks. I get to lead client calls regularly and feel like I’m trusted / not just passed off grunt work from higher ups like I thought might happen. Would recommend!
I’m in the same boat, one year out of undergrad but somehow was approached for a role in CDP. Had my final interview for the CDP program about two weeks about and still haven’t heard back so kinda losing hope lol
Thanks!
Do you guys know when both will be recruiting again? <3 YOE
They recruit every year on campus - starts in the fall.
