"Risk hai, to Ishq hai", is an invalid statement in the context of real life relationship of a common man.
The correct statement should be opposite, "Ishq hai, to risk hai".
Ishq comes with lots of risk like "family nahi manegi", "caste different hai" etc.
"Risk se ishq" is only suitable for adventures professionals like stunts man, surgeons, surgical strike commandos, encounter specialists etc.

I’ve been cheated on by people whom I loved with all my heart and soul. I’m insecure about getting cheated on again.
I’ve been abruptly broken up with out of nowhere, and I have severe abandonment issues
I actually do but it surprisingly doesn’t draw them away but I’m still single lol. But that also has to do with the city I am in. It’s overall a horrible dating experience.
For coping up, I have no trust issues at all. I do have some insecurities that didn’t exist previously but I keep acknowledging them and try to work on them. That’s the best I can do for myself and to eliminate toxicity overall.
