Can you be burnt out in an easy job? Producer is an old title lol. I’m in a different field now and my job is way calmer and while sometimes stressful I would classify it as easy. Tasks have begun to feel enormous, I am apathetic, I have no motivation. Production was large scale burnout for me so maybe I just don’t know how to compare normal burnout? Or maybe it’s world related burnout? Or maybe I’m a whiny lil b? 🥲

I started in my first SDR position in a small SaaS start up few months ago. I am the only SDR and their first ever.

Her knowledge of the program certainly built trust with me early on, but it has been two years. I discussed it with my current therapist but she’s still in there. Any advice?
