Hello fishes, I have offers from two different companies and both are offering same amount of CTC - 18LPA (YOE: 3.2) . Company names are Pristyn Care and Xiaomi technology india pvt. ltd .
Now for Pristyn Care I won't have to move out of Gurgaon (I'm from north India). Xiaomi is calling me to Bangalore. Rest all the benefits seem similar.
In terms of learning and job security and all the aspects considered, which company should I join?
Please help me decide. Thank you!

Hi, I'm leaving Citi in 2 months. It's hard to make this decision. I have an offer from a small startup. In citi, my previous experience was not considered and was reskilled to different tech which is the reason for change.I don't like to exit citi. As I like the company so much. But considering my current knowledge,I am in the middle of the sea.I am afraid now that the new company's offer would be revoked due to this recession?Or can I take back my resignation in citi before the last working day.Is this wise decision?

You can definitely cash out!
It's your money, you definitely get a PTO payout when you leave. Just double check the state law where you live but it's most likely you get it paid out
You get paid out in the base salary of when you are quitting!
Cash out
At your starting rate I believe?
Buttt better for you to use up PTO than cash out if you've gotten higher salary since
Does your pto roll over year to year?
Also I think you get paid out at you starting salary which is shit
It's paid on a FIFO basis... not at your starting salary... so if you always carry a balance and never have zeroed it out then yeah it's at your starting salary.
I have zeroed this baby out before.. went to China for a month haha thanks guys
