Capgemini HR are worst !!!!

I left my previous organization without a backup offer due to a toxic work culture and recently interviewed at Capgemini for a Senior Consultant role with 7 YOE. I clearly mentioned my CCTC (20) and ECTC (26) upfront. The recruiter said the budget was 23, so I agreed and cleared 3 interview rounds. post interview clearance, HR said the budget was 18.5–19. Since I had no other offer, I agreed, but after a week they said no. They wasted 3 weeks of my time

Got few questions regarding LTI and business analyst role. 1:Does anyone have any idea how many rounds are normally conducted for LTI business analyst interview. 2.How how many days they take normally to release offer. 3. How much should i expect /ask for 4.8 yoe for business analyst role.

What would you do in this situation?
I have my last day at employer A right before thanksgiving and will be covered on their health insurance through 11/30. I am taking some time off before starting a new position with employer B in mid January but their insurance wouldn’t be effective until 2/1. I have 60 days to elect COBRA under employer A, which leaves me with 2 days where I wouldn’t have coverage (Jan30/31). What would you do in this situation? (Cont)

If Amazon or any other FAANG/large co gets back to me, is there an acceptable way to not burn bridges with new job and accept or delay start date with FAANG? Or fuck it just hop?

I currently work as a contracted Operations Manager but I’m in need of something a little more sufficient as far as salary. I interviewed with capgemini for SAP ABAP role and my YOE is 4 years. Just 2 hours after my interview, I got a call from someone at Capgemini saying that I am selected.
They just asked my notice period and current location.I asked them, what is the next round going to be and they said that it is going to be salary discussion. But till now, no one has reached out to me.
Does it mean they got another candidate for same job?
If they get back to me, how much should I ask?
