Career advice - I'm a first year senior interviewing for a sr. product manager role at a multi-billion company. Would that be a lateral role change?

I am traveling out of town for callback interviews. One firm wants me to commit a full day of interviews. Would it be reasonable to ask for a half day so I can fit 2 callbacks in the same day?

I've seen people say that if you're underpaid, you can't just outline your contributions because your manager needs a compelling reason for finance to bump your salary and they need to prove you're underpaid. So how do I present my case that I'm being underpaid other than "my friends make this amount in their role" or "Glassdoor says this" when finance can find rebuttals for these arguments?

I was wondering what kind of contractual or other barriers I might face if I apply for one of the big 4 while working on a project with them in my current company.
I am not too involved in the project but I was in a few meetings and went on a field trip with them as well.
The position that I am applying for is in a different team and city.
Will this considered “poaching” if the consulting firm hires me? Would they need to talk to my current employer?

Once when I was waiting tables, I had a guy pay me cash. The change was 45 cents, which I didn't give back to him because like who wants that. I need advice from younger 🐠 who are closer to my son’s age than I am. He’s finishing up his 1st year in college and he’s gained the Freshman 15+. He plays a college sport, so he’s getting some activity, but with classes a hybrid of in-person and online, he’s not as active as usual and I think he’s enjoying unlimited food on his dining plan. Do you consider it ethical that his career counselor is intentially spreading the information to his colleagues and to other consultants from other companies in the project? What can he do about it? Specially that he considers the potential layoff is purely based on the current situation (chargeability was low) and not on his performance (they said that his contribution to BD during his bench time was low)?
