Cashed out my credit card pts. $400! Then I turned sick when I thought it through in terms of spending enough to get 1% back 😲 no debt tho fyi

I'm at $300 for the year, it's not a bad thing. I use mine as a supplementary savings account.

Cashed out? Smh, low cpp redemption

like

You have freedom? Don't cash out at 1%. Get a CSP or CSR and transfer the freedom points to the latter card for better redemption.

Chase UR balance 600k+ 😂At 1% that's $6k. Luckily mostly signup promos and what not... I think

Yeah this card gives me 1% across the board so cash is best

Am over 2k in rewards just with Chase.

You can cash out chase UR at 1% and get more than that across the board, can't you?

No you can't. With this card specifically, points are worth the same with travel, gifts, gift cards, cash, etc. I do know that other cards like the sapphire reserve give you 25% more with travel redemption though

What card?

Chase freedom. It's an older one lol They even have 1.5% now

Those are UR points - I was just saying that if you prefer cash, and that gives you 1% across the board, other Chase cards will give you more while still offering the cash back option

OMG OP worst decision. I cashed out $500 worth of Freedom points before too. Didn't realize how bad of a mistake it was until I opened my CSP card. And with the reserve card now your points worth at least 1.5CPP if you buy travel, not that I would do it but still better than 1 CPP

Hi, I'm an employee at a hotel chain who works remotely. I've been working remotely for over a year now and I love it! The company I work for is very supportive of remote workers, which is great.

But there's one thing that's been bothering me: it's hard to get feedback on my work when I'm not in the office. It would be great if there was some kind of system that let me know how my performance was being evaluated while I'm working on projects from home.

Looking for referrals for a Technical Sales Executive position that is Remote (USA), possibly in the industrial sector. Last year I made $109k at AT&T so I'm hoping to at least stay in the same ball park but want a change. I have lots of experience selling IT/telecom, but I also have a Mechanical Engineering background so I'm a good fit for a wide range of technical sales. I have been thinking a role in the industrial sector with a longer sales cycle may be a good fit, can travel up to 25%

Do any real estate lawyers out there know of/can direct me to a ROFO agreement to purchase commercial property? I’m working on one now (but using a ROFO to purchase equity interests as a basis) and would like to see what other people are doing. Finding a good one has been hard, as this kind of thing isn’t always required to be filed with the sec and every search I’ve done basically pulls up garbage. Also, are there any provisions you’d consider absolutely crucial from the owner’s side?

Check the overtime laws for your state!!

I just recently worked 58.6 hours in a week, weekly pay, nice OT profit right? Depends on where you live.

In Iowa, there is no Overtime pay mandate, the overtime pay is at the discretion of the business. I received 58.6 hours of base pay for the week.

If the company makes less than $1 million per year or does not engage in intercontinental sales, the company is not required to pay the overtime rate of time and a half, just your base rate.
