Not in the same situation but my wife and BIL have sought out therapists for various needs in the city and happy to connect you if helpful

Thank you!! Will ask my SO, and deeply appreciate it!

The family Institute has a lot of different therapists and they’ll do a screening session and match you with someone that matches your needs. And if you don’t like them you can try another person in the same institute!

Thank you! Will certainly check them out

Thank you!

Hi Isabel! I find that during the week I can stick to a healthy diet, but as soon as I'm home I revert back to unhealthy eating. Since I only get to spend weekends with my family, I find myself going out to eat, cooking more fun meals that can be unhealthy, or even just having more dessert than typical. Any tips on how to maintain the self control throughout the weekend?

I had a dream that the CEO from my last shop got into a new diet that she couldn’t have coffee. So to avoid cravings she got rid of the coffee machine and didn’t even allow people to bring in their own cups. I wanted to riot, people were mad but they sheepishly accepted. So I kept bringing my own coffee, and I made extra strong so everyone could smell. I was waiting to get fired but I wasn’t . The funny thing is that this is not even too far fetched and I can totally see it happening.
