Hi Fishes! YOE - 7 (CA - Regulatory + Financial Reporting). Current CTC - 12 I have an offer from Capco (Consultant-M2 - Regulatory Reporting). Offered CTC is 15.5 I have final interview pending with American Express for band M30. Can someone guide me on the seniority of this band and the salary that I can ask from th HR? Comp B - got the offer by showing offer A
Comp C - got the offer by showing offer B
Now want to join Comp B. So which route would be optimum for negotiation again -
C -> A -> B OR C --> B

Client cafeteria had fresh food, snacks, cookies, cereals, a fridge with carbonated drinks, another fridge with bottled beer, a dispenser with 2 local beers on tap, ping-pong table and a tray with spirits (gin, vodka, whiskey, rum and tequila if I remember well)
