We're not sure what those incentives look like yet, but here are some post-announcement rumors from my co-workers:

Cash bonuses, raises, profit-sharing, company equity, 401k match, etc.

It feels like my pay and title are lower than my scope of duties. I manage Youtube channels and do all strategy, planning, talent management, rework content for socials, reporting, graphic design, + a bunch of other stuff. Do you think I should be something like Video Content Manager? A Strategist maybe? My company doesn't have career pathing & I think they'd be happy to keep giving me more work with the same pay. Just got another rejection... Is exiting to FAANG or MB really this hard? Trying to go tech.. or mbb, but not getting anywhere. I have 2 masters (mba, ms) from top schools, been in consulting for over 10 years, I am confident that I know my stuff well..but still I keep getting rejected. Interviewed with Google, Amazon, Cisco, McKinsey, and a few others and every-time there is something that is not a match... are the hiring managers looking for like 100% match? That will never happen!!!
