I got offer from XYZ company, but my current company ABC had a call with me and had me stay in the current company. They offered me same offer which XYZ offered. But they officially didn't give any offer letter but they said you will get revised salary in march month. But I didn't receive revised salary. Hi Sharks, I need help. I have approx 10 yoe in DWBI, ETL, AWS, Python, SQL. I need to switch. WLB is my priority. Due to current work hours from 10 am to 10 pm and some time 11 pm and 12 pm I am not able to give time to my wife, my kid, myself , my health. I used to call my parents every night and talk to them for 45-50 minutes. Now I get to talk to them for 5-10 min and some days not even this. Due to this I am not even able to fully concentrate on work. I am feeling very low. Pls suggest.
