I am a SC at D going for Manager this performance year. Base is 140K doing Finance transformation.
Currently interviewing for Manager at Capgemini for a base of 175K doing the same thing.

Any advice on the move besides the obvious comp and title change? I.e what Capgemini is like/ the perception at Capgemini. Have heard that it is a body shop there… is this true? Any advice and what to consider is appreciated. TIA

Fortunately I received a new offer at Amazon of Program Manager in Seattle with a total comp of 120k. I am confused if I should accept it or of it is too much of a step down. Thoughts?

Was offered an IR job after my interview and wanted to see how competitive the pay is. 40/hr base + 10k sign on bonus for 2 year commit and of course on call pay, etc... The area is Atlanta, GA. From what I have looked up, it seems to be fairly average since I have no IR experience but have been a Stepdown nurse for several years. I know the southeast in general pays less.
