When is the good time to tell the company that I am 3 months pregnant. My date of joining is 18th of July. I understand by law I need to finish 80days with the company before I avail maternity benefits which I can easily do in next 3 months.
I want to understand if women who go on maternity leave during probation are treated differently or if there will be discrimination once I let them know about my situation. Wipro Accenture Allstate Quantiphi analytics pvt ltd.

Honestly confused by the questions. London associates do not come out ahead of NYC ones typically - but tax rates etc are publicly available so you’d have to do your own calculations. Salaries are sometimes - rarely - at NYC rates; mostly still mid-Atlantic (but, again, publicly available at least up to 6PQE or so).
As for practice areas - you can do anything international: CM, M&A, funds, banking/finance even.
What sort of exit are you hoping for? If you mean in-house, PE Funds has HUGE exit potential (both into banks/asset management and buy side); CM into banks etc; M&A into everywhere…
They most certainly do. I spent some time as a HY NY qualified associate in the London office of my firm and was getting about $70k over cravath scale plus all special bonus matches.
Plus they make cost of living adjustments on account of London's high cost of living. Not entirely sure how the taxation works out but I heard it takes quite a bit out of the increased pay. Plus if you're a us citizen or resident, you still get tUS fed taxes
