Any word on Swift in Portland?
Hi fishes! I volunteer with The Art of Good, a creative collective helping small businesses affected by the pandemic. They are seeking a little help from a media professional. Need an SEM POV for a small business looking to change their name and relaunch their brand. This is non-paid. More about giving back while in-between gigs. :) If you can help out or want to learn more, please reach out to me via LinkedIN. Thank you!! www.linkedin.com/in/karenkohn/

Hi! I started at dentsu very recently. From another agency and I am a senior manager on the media planning side making $105k. So far I like it! Everyone has been super nice. However I don’t know many ppl that have come from client side to agency (usually it’s the other way around). Most ppl would prefer client side since it’s better hours/pay. I do like that my position is fully remote tho
Well I can only speak for media planning but 100k is def too low for AD. AD is usually 120k-130k based off the few AD’s I’ve talked to at my old agency. I think across the board all salaries have recently received a bump due to inflation. I just went in stating that I wanted 110k, was offered 90k, said I wanted 110k, but might consider 105k, they offered 100k and I pushed one last time for 105k and got it. Tried to push for more but that was the maximum limit. It never hurts to ask when negotiating, they worst they can say is no!
I know of someone who moved there. She's very happy with the move.
I don’t know what the high tech companies pay to provide an answer 🤷🏾♀️
