Considering transitioning from a Senior Manager role in consulting in Toronto to a Senior Manager position in Google Customer Solutions. Seeking insights on salary expectations, what level this role equates to at Google, and typical responsibilities. Any advice or experiences to share?

I had HR round today for TCS, Everything was ok until HR offer salary, offering 11.5 for 4 yoe in automation testing, Current package is 7.65. I have said ok and she said i will receive offer letter in 7-10 days but i am not convinced with that offer.
I am thinking to reject that as it is very low and i can't put papers based on that low of a package.

Any suggestions??

Would love to get insight from folks here as I’m not quite sure what to do. I currently have around 14K in student loan debt and enough saved up to pay it off in one fell swoop. What I’m struggling with is whether I should invest that money into the stock market (thinking less risky S&P 500 ETF) and pay off my student loans monthly with the average payment being around 1000 so I can pay it off in about 16-18 months (due to interest being around 5%) or pay it off all in one go?

I had an interview for Cloud Consultant role last year with Google and while I was able to clear Telephone screen, Role related knowledge, Leadership round, Cloud Case Study, I was unable to clear GCA. What can I do to improve myself on that?
