Consultant here with about ~2.5 YOE- I'm unhappy with total comp since I was part of the company during COVID; I have an analyst level salary still (~85k) I've been interviewing around and have found multiple job opportunities with 3pl/ data science firms/ and other known but not WELL known companies.

The salary range for these role would be a ~50% increase to ~125k, but I'd lose the prestige/benefits I have at Deloitte.

What offer would be enough to make you leave (in my shoes)? Any tips?

I have joined Nagarro almost a year now as a senior architect. However, I see lot of issues here. The company is great so far as employee friendliness is concerned. It may be rated as the top most company in that regard and that is why attrition is well within control. However, there are issues:

I've been exploring exit opportunities for a few months and still holding out for the right opportunity. However, I've had A LOT of recruiters reach out to me for positions that are way below my current salary. They do the whole "your background and expertise is exactly what we're looking for" then turn around and offer a salary range that is 20k below my current level. My resume clearly says I've got 10yrs experience and an MBA. I **don't think* I should be getting offers of 80k-100k

Salary ranges for CBO-2 at start-up in Bay Area?

I've become really jaded about consulting. I find all so often you need to tell the client what they want to hear to keep their business and I feel like so much of the what I recommend doesn't actually get implemented.
