There was a question around how to be M by 25-27 which is relatively straightforward; simply spend 2 years as an Analyst and 2 years as a Consultant. 2-3 more years and you can be SM by 27/28 on the earliest end
A13 -I hope you understand that’s not the norm, even at ACN. It is important for an M and SM to be professionally mature and not jump levels. I wouldn’t pitch that as something easily doable, you may be a Manager/SM at a young age and have many handicaps in client management and engagement. Young M/SM usually talk the talk but rarely know how to walk the walk...
