Curious, if you work with 50 years and over folks, do you use things like calendar invites, email, WebEx, etc?

Client executive - LOL, my lead advisors phone is on like super zoom 😂

Morgan Stanley - Yeah I agree. I am willing to do anything that will free up time to prospect and grow. It’s always saved for last and should be the opposite...

FA2 - thank you for helping me prove my point that just because you are in your 50s doesn’t mean you are anti technology. My lead swears everyone over 50 is like him 🙄

Everything. Spoon feed em if necessary and be patient. You’ll benefit, they’ll benefit, clients will benefit. Win/win/win.

Lol trust me I am pro-technology. My lead advisor is allergic to it and causes friction between us...

You need to make it a point to ask what their communication style is and meet them on there terms. It’s not about you, it’s about the Ritz Carlton Way.

Yeah I can agree with this. Honestly just trying to get a feel bc my lead advisor swears everyone over 50 hates technology 🤷‍♂️

When is it either allowed or seen as OK to start using FTO? I recently started here and while I’m not looking to slack off and take time off, I just want to know how it works. (Plus, I don’t want to not use something that I can or should use.) Elementary stuff, I know. But I’ve freelanced my whole career until now. Thanks

Would anyone happen to know any great companies hiring?

A majority of my experience is in the logistics and logistics technology side of sales. I’ve been working remotely doing over the phone/ zoom demo sales. But I would love the opportunity to service my clients in person!

I am embarking on egg freezing soon and I got some unpleasant news today after a scan. I had a scan 2 months ago and my follicle count was slightly low then. As I was on birth control at the time, I had to go off it and repeat the scan two months later. In the 2nd scan we found that I only had 6 follicles and that we would only be able to get 4-6 eggs per cycle. I am 36 and I decided to start this process now more just as backup. Bain & Company Is it truly easier to get in a smaller MBB office?

Have heard a lot for different opinions on these. The logic is that it’s easier because there is a lot of supply in cities like NY, Chicago and SF, but the counter argument is that the offices with less supply are also way smaller and have a lot less demand.

I’ll start hooking up with someone with no intention of dating them because of red flags, but if the sex is good I want to lock it down for the future (even if we are not compatible in our personality, I’ll start to see them in a positive way and flirt more since it makes the sex even better)! The guy starts to think I want a relationship (which is half true) and then distances himself. Anyone else go through this cycle?
