Does anyone have experience working for a ALSP? How does compensation work (pay and benefits)? Are you an employee or technically an IC? Do you have billable requirements like at a firm? How do you think it prepared you to potentially move in house? I'm currently at a firm but thinking of taking a position with an ALSP but my goal is to go in house.

looking at jumping from a big brand to a small boutique creative shop. they don’t do a ton in the way of traditional titles, I’d just be “strategy”. excited by the opp to work on a nimble team with a lot of influence and really rad clients, but i’m a little scared of losing my fancy brand title for future roles. can someone tell me it doesn’t matter!

Is there such things as FP&A positions in Big 4? If so, are there better times to make the change than others (I.e. at senior vs manager)? I’m currently in FP&A and looking to work at a Big 4, or another company that offers the ability to move abroad. My PERM PWD was filed in early February and I’m still waiting. Almost all PWDs filed in the same month in my company have received determination, and all that are still in process are in the same department/team as me. I wonder what’s going on there.
