Hello, I have received an offer from Southwest Airlines as a Associate Technology Analyst with their direct college hire program. Will be graduating in May with a degree in MIS and also have internships experience as a Business Systems analyst intern. The salary compensation started off at 66,500 but was looking for the 75k range and they got back to me saying the best they can do is 68,500. They also have a 401k company match up to 9.3%. Do you think this is a solid offer for this job market?

I think you’re fine and that they’ll extend you an offer. Almost all interns specially those on repeat are handed offer letters. Obviously as long as you’re not horrible. You said it’s your fourth time so definitely nothing to worry about :)
I’m confused about how you are fitting all these internships in, but assuming you are in the summer scholar program you are almost assured to get a full time spot. They have somewhat of a strict timeline so they probably aren’t able to tell you yet.
You should be looking outside regardless.
You'll be fine. Pretty sure Deloitte hires everyone these days

You were supposed to make OP feel better, in a positive way!!
4th internship?? How is that even possible
PwC 2- you’re acting like the pandemic lasted 5 years…. I was in college as well and everyone was still having a great time on campus at parties etc…
4 internships with one firm oh my, a little job diversity might of helped haha. But you should be an automatic shoe in for a full time based on a few people I know that had similar circumstances
I don’t want to doxx myself but more than happy to send you a DM :)

Don’t put all your apples in one basket - make sure you’re applying elsewhere too!
Wow this is an awesome response A2! Thank you so so much for taking the time to write this out, I really appreciate it.
I talked to my Partner and his response was “keep doing what you’re doing and you’ll be fine”. This whole situation is honestly adding so much stress and anxiety for me. Normally people get return offers after their internships but Partners can definitely expedite if they want.
I’m prolly going to take a week off from work to decompress and then I’ll start applying to jobs. I’ll send you a note if I find a position on the Accenture careers website that I find interesting.
I’m sure you will be fine, I wouldn’t even be remotely worried.
Did you talk to the recruiter? Recruiters will have more knowledge about the hiring.
Coach gets feedback from my current and previous bosses and brings it up with leadership. If there aren’t red flags I get a return offer... that’s when recruiters will get involved.

Time to apply to MBB/T2 for full time
Kinda screwed... I missed the recruiting cycle 😭
Which offering are you in and which business?
I'm sure they'll onboard you
Geez 4 internships with the same company... Did you work for them in high school or something?
Online classes (covid). I’ve been working in consulting throughout 2020 and 2021 while I finishing my undergrad. It’s allowed me to graduate with a positive net worth.
