Currently an intern at Deloitte doing my 4th internship with the firm. I’ve been trying to get a full time offer as I’m graduating soon. However, every time I bring this up to me coach & SM I get verbal assurances but the can keeps getting down the road. What should I do next?

I don’t think performance is an issue, I’ve gotten positive feedback from all my projects. The only negative feedback I’ve gotten is that I sometimes bite more than I can chew and if I’m not careful I’ll burn out quickly.

Upper management's direction is to put together the most aggressive deadlines we can. If we think a project will take 16 months, make the plan for 10 months then there's a chance we may launch in 13 months.
