FDD bonus at FTI?
It doesn't matter what you write. They offer you a standard cohort salary and your bonus is how they comp you for differentiated performance.
Then, should I just write market??

What you write for salary does matter as that's your starting point for salary negotiations.

Higher amounts are fine as long as it's within a reasonable range and you can back it up. For example you can say that Big 4 salaries for TAS seniors range between $82-$90K on Glassdoor in a particular city. Because of your skills/experience you can say your target $88K. That's just a general example.
I just put “market rate” and when asked, I asked them what the budgeted salary range was. That way I wasn’t negotiating against myself.
Also how many years of experience do you have? I know people with 2 years being hired for senior roles.
I would definitely do that! I am applying as an associate.
SC1: 100K
SC2: 105K
SC3: 110K
If you’re HCOL
No those are the starting salaries if you were to get hired at that level. It does not reflect what your raise would be from SC1 to SC2 per say.
what COL/location?
also should consider that pwc does 3 years of associate before senior
A2s in FDD make around $75k (depending on location). There is no negotiation as we’re in a cohort model. This may go up in the next month or so when PwC re-aligns compensation with “market”, but who knows...
