Hi folks
I wanted a suggestion from you all guys, I have given interview of PS and got a call for offer after interview and I denied the offer as I have received an offer from some other company, I denied coz I was not doing offer shopping or piling offers, he tried to convince me and when I didn't get convinced he said to blacklist me from PS. What to do?

Senior Principal, Director, Delivery Director. Senior Principal probably maps to your existing title in most offices, and assumes you lead teams, participate in hiring, own sales pursuits within your domain. Directors have an expectation of significant sales and practice management experience. Delivery Director is a "leads very large projects" role, that you'll need demonstrated experience in - and not every office hires to that role.
Depends on your experience in sales, project size, people management, etc., But in general, I think Senior Manager and Senior Principal are pretty comparable. But, things do vary by office.

Varies by office, I have seen Sr managers from big 4 come in at Sr consultant level to Sr Principal level. Also has to do with your personal experience in sales and what type of skill set you bring to the table.
Haha no! Been at Slalom for 7 years and I have seen SMs from big 4 join as consultants 3-4 years back when we didn’t have principals but SC, PC and SM model. I have seen big difference by markets though
