Currently at Consultant level making 95k in the DC area, up for promotion this year at Deloitte. Got an offer from Booz Allen of $110k at Associate level. I countered with $120k. I feel like they will meet me in the middle at $115k. Should I stay firm at $120k or am I asking for too much/not enough??

Hi my firm is currently working on my Canadian work permit (temporary residency) due to not receiving H1-B for a third time. Does anyone know if I can apply for PR (Express Entry FSW) independently once I get the work permit? Or is it better to wait a year and do EE CEC?

How do you start waking up early? Always been a night owl and sleep around 1. Wake up at 8/8:30 right before work starts.
I need to start waking up early to get into workout /yoga and meditation routine. I tried today and kept snoozing my alarm for 2 hours.
