Got offer from JPMorgan Chase , but variable pay percent was not mentioned in it. HR told it will be around 10-12% . Is it true? It's for VP/602/Commercial Banking? How much we variable pay will get annually? Can someone help as based on this only in have to decide whether, I can go with counter offer or not?

Associates at BAH are not bonus eligible. Neither are Lead Associates. BAH is kind of notoriously cheap with salaries and raises, so manage future expectations. I held the line at 160 for a LA role as a boomerang and we couldn’t find common ground. Ended up getting 160 plus 15% bonus somewhere else.
This is a great point. The salary increase YOY at D is a hit miss based on the time I’ve been here but the bonus at SC and above is great

Tbh I think you’ll probably get to 105-110 with your promo to SC anyway. This seems like a pretty nominal bump and would only be worth it if you really want out or BAH has a specific opportunity that is a great fit

Make sure you factor in your family leave too… most places will allow for leave with at least 1-2 year of tenure with the firm
110-120 sounds about right. I’m assuming 4 YOE; consulting experience included in GPS. non-hot skill area; I would have a chat with them about bonus structure to factor in. I’ve heard Booz is not bonus heavy place which would impact your YOY income

There are bonuses for SC+ in cyber, or at least there were as of a few years ago.
Stay Firm. No that isn't too much. I am at Booz an associate with 7 years of experience and I make 115K. Whatever you do don't accept lower then the counter offer you put in. Specially for that level. what is your background?

A-level - make 140K with 10K sign on. Only the mgmt consulting side gets annual bonuses. But for wide receivers 5K annual for any school/certs you want. Other than that, we don’t offer much for you by comparison to where you’re at.

No way. 20% raise isn’t really that much and it’s BAH, not McKinsey or even LEK.
How are you cleared people accepting salaries under 130-140k right now. Keep moving and get those averages up, stop accepting these lousy offers.
