Thought I'd share another leadership opportunity, this time for industry leaders in the Tech & Digital sector. Would love to connect with anyone who is a senior leader (MD / SVP) with deep experience in this sector alongside leadership experience in a TA / Growth or Client Relationship environment. Amazing opportunity to further establish and grow our presence with global leaders in Tech.

Crossroads Toyota Motor Sales, USA, Inc. I have been with the organization almost 6 years and have accomplished achievement of my MSL (Masters Strategic Leadership) and LOVE the organization…BUT…I am not having any success in moving into a new position…my interviews are great experiences but it seems to be a pattern of not being selected yet encouraged to continue applying…received information from a mentor/manager to ask for candid feedback…when is enough…ENOUGH??

You can try applying for this sales development rep job via my referral. https://grnh.se/5b261a0f1us it’s pretty entry level but make sure to highlight sales and problem solving in your resume
What job do you want to pursue? I started as a jr developer with a MIS.
When looking for work in Tech I emphasized my degree and pushed forward hard on what I did know. Some places are also good for starting at/look for people to train up after they've finished school.
What type of roles have you been looking for? Have you tapped into your network to let people know that you're looking?
Do you have a goal in mind for your career?
I agree. Emphasize on what you know/worked on during your school time and tie it to the job req where available.
Best of luck
lots of companies have recent grad programs listed on the careers page. I think Cisco has one.
