How much is the average time to complete recruitment process at Credit Suisse ? I started my process in July, I would have already joined another in the next month and they haven’t completed there process? I haven’t heard back from recruiter in last 3 weeks ? Does that mean i am rejected?

It’s a great place to be. Our pm department has some really nice, smart people, and their boss is just the best. Overall, it’s a positive, energetic place. We work hard, but we like each other. It’s a good, stable and growing agency
Worked there a few years ago, and would not recommend it. It was a mess, horrible. Terrible management. With that said, I liked the people I worked with, I don't think our PM department was that terrible, and it's undergone some changes since I was there. If you've had an interview and like the vibe, go for it. You can always leave. Just make sure you negotiate a strong salary for yourself. I don't know about now, but raise "holds" from on high were always a thing and we were always perpetually understaffed, especially in PM department. So you'll want to make sure you are well compensated and happy with your new salary. But that's advice for any job move. Good luck!
I work at MH right now. I can tell you it really depends on the team. some PMs get disrespected all day and are Account’s whipping boy. other teams, i’ve seen them really kick ass. proceed with caution.
