Data Engineer - 3 yoe - 17 LPA - 60 day Notice Period

I've been trying to switch for like 3 months now. I gave 10+ interviews. I studied Spark(Batch), Advanced SQL, Basic AWS and other basics in (DELTALAKE, HIVE, AIRFLOW).

I'm not able to clear interviews and I feel very low. Please help me with... *WHAT SHOULD I STUDY and crack a 21 LPA offer ?* :)

I am a Strategic Sourcing Manager with 7 YOE in both direct and indirect spend across various industries (Life sciences, IT and Insurance) I have been offered a role with Fidelity for 13 lpa + 1.5 variable. Offer seems better than the national average for similar roles but I feel I would be underpaid based on the current market, my skills and value I will be bringing to the table. Any suggestions for offer negotiations?

Meanwhile you get another offer but they will give around 17 fixed.
I am thinking to quote my in hand offer as 17 fixed with changes in it and share it with them.
So that they can give me around 20 fixed.

Why do many associates at top tier firms stay to make Partner when they can go in-house in tech and make around the same, even long term? For example, you can make near 400-550k in-house at Google, Netflix, FB with 8-10 years of exp. More senior than that in-house, it can easily break $1M.

I am starting a 4-months internship at a company B in January. However, I just heard from a company T that they will interview me for their full time position.

Company T is paying me way more (twice) than Company B. And I like company T more. However, they want me to start working in February if I get this position. If I end up getting the offer, I will have to quit my internship at Company B, almost immediately after I begin the internship.
