For sure. I’m just sensitive to it since I, and many others on here, have experienced the same thing you’re going through. That’s a good first step - make sure to keep speaking up and ensure they are making tangible changes rather than saying “it’s just the industry” or “yea we’ll work on that”. Otherwise there’s plenty of other places to go to for a pay raise and resetting of expectations in a new environment. I recently left a firm I loved after 10 years because nothing changed. It was so hard to do but glad I did to get my sanity and time back.
