Thoughts on CPOAX?
I'll be joining tw as UI Lead, soon.
I'm a javascript/react developer since inception of my career & haven't worked much on CICD/JENKINS and similar technology.
Should I be worried that as a lead I don't know these and will it affect by job security?
Ps- I'm good at UI,js, react etc.

Wharton has a CHRO academy that is phenomenal. A bit expensive, but what at UPenn isn’t expensive 👀
Yes Wharton has a good one and there is one program through Cornell too. The Cornell one is cheaper by ~6k. I was looking for recommendations for when companies deliver a 3-5 day program for CHROs. Like a workshop or lab that would maybe focus on elevating their role or training them for the next level. Any thoughts there?

How about becoming a certified coach..any thoughts and any recommendations
Is it worth spending for a certificate
If your Org pays for it, absolutely. Or if it’s SHRM/PHR, yes. I would also say, if you’re transitioning out of the Army within the next 4 years, it’s a great way to spend your TA and close knowledge gaps. Paying out of pocket isn’t really worth it though.
