Have also had a lot of problems recently with Verizon, such as our line getting merged with someone else's line... 😁

Skype sucks. I loved my verizon number. That's why Larry said were delaying the shutoff of verizon bevause Skype is so buggy still

The Skype dial ins and all take so long. It's a snail's pace. Even clients comment on it when dialing in how long it takes.

We need a new reliable conference tool. It is one thing when I am up in the middle of the night with D USI and it doesn't work. But a whole other story when working with clients and it doesn't work it is embarrassing.

Credentialing in a remote work world has lengthened the amount of time it takes to enroll with a payor and there are many more mistakes by the payors either in credentialing or contracting and after all is complete, providers are still reflecting as Out of network. Anyone else experiencing this?
