ACN's nonprofit sector is great imo. State work sucks at big D

I thought we had some innovative stuff in the public sector. May depend on your SL, though.

ACN has the widest breadth of service delivery but it can be easy to get lost in the mix. Digital is sexy and killing it, a lot of other areas seem to be slow at the moment

Currently in the final stages of the interviewing process for a "non-partnership track attorney" position at a top-ranked big law firm. I graduated from law school in 2019, and my eventual goal would be to work as an Associate on the partnership track at a medium-sized firm. I've seen a lot of posts around APA and utilisation. Please correct my understanding if I'm wrong. How can I become more “okay” with being an average performer? I’m two years out of school and have been considered a high performer so far, but it’s taken a toll on my mental health and I feel anxious most days. I’ve realized that the cost of being a high performer outweighs the benefits, and am trying to loosen up and be more comfortable with coasting on occasion... I’m what people may consider an insecure overachiever. Has anybody here ever had the same feeling?
