Had a salary discussion with headhunter, who really lowballed me and told that the employer is not going to pay more than X.
The final interview is scheduled for tomorrow should I be expecting any salary negotiation during the final interview or after or is the number that I informally agreed to with a headhunter is set in stone?
How bad is it if I refuse to accept the offer? Will I be banned from working with that headhunting firm?

I recently got a job offer through a company that offered me the high end of what I was asking (75k) but since it is the high end of what I asked for, do I have room to negotiate? Tech Stack - Python, PySpark, Azure Data Factory and Synapse analytics.
YOE - 2.2
Gartner - 16LPA
Dunnhumby - 15 fixed + 1.5 Joining bonus+ 10% variable
Fractal - 13.5 LPA

Pay is significantly higher at Alix to start but I’ve heard it levels off. Main concerns are up or out (BCG) and breadth (Alix)

Nightmare scenario and need your help. I moved into a new place in august knowing I was going to be WFH. Quiet, lots of light.
