Is this a fair ask for my position.

Does LTI gives offer for 2 months notice period?
I had completed my hr round, and hr told she will be ok for 2 months notice period,I had received an Email that I had cleared all the stages but still doesn't hear back from them

How is hexaware account management role?

Is nagarro round 2 managerial or technical?

Is it worth applying for a position with a firm you are directly adverse to on a matter or will conflicts definitely keep you from joining?

I have asked TCS to revise the salary but that seems unlikely that they will match the difference.

Just got an offer from PwC for 47.5K for SA role in Manchester. Feels kinda low considering everyone just got a 7%+ pay raise. Can anyone comment if this is in line or not? I was told this would put me above the SA band

How does search work at McKinsey? If it’s up to x weeks paid to find a job, how will they know if I’ve already accepted an offer? I’m trying to strategically declare search so I can have a backup offer and use my time to find something better, but I want to make sure that I don’t get in trouble lol. It’s also difficult to multitask finding a job and working on studies since you’re around the clock.

I just started a new job this past week and I’m realizing my boss is a huge asshole and doesn’t have a great reputation in the company.

It was hard to tell during the interview process but ultimately I don’t think I’m gonna enjoy working for them. I have two other job offers I declined the other week that I could potentially go back to and see if they’re still interested in me. Is that crazy? Left McKinsey for a Fintech corporate last year. Really disappointed to see bonuses given out (cash is equivalent to half month salary, equity vested over 5 yes also not great) after getting the 5/5 rating and business doing well overall. Doubting my decision to come to industry. Is this the norm? Feels really low as historically variable has been a big enough component for me to pay down loans/invest.
