Has anyone switched labs for better lab quality/embryologist experience? Wondering if there is a significant difference between labs. We got poor results at our current clinic and, happens that our clinic is rated lower on SART website. Wondering if the lab quality is the reason or if the clinic handles complicated cases that lead to lower outcomes. Overall, unsure if we should switch clinics or just try again at the current one. Got an offer at a great company. Ive done this job before but moved away from it because it burnt me out because of the people and it scarred me. I have found out i have ptsd from it and am scared to start the new one. Been working on ptsd thru therapy. I know its a great firm and a great opportunity but my ptsd is bad. Another company last wk reached out same field diff role more chill and behind the scenes and i cant help but think about the easy way out over the challenge and better future.
