Why is it that those in IB can’t get an MBA and return to IB the way people from other industries have returned post-MBA?

Anyone have experience going back to school for either an LLM, MBA or something else while still maintaining their practice? Considering going for my MBA to open practice to more business consulting, but maintaining my full time practice. For context, I am an associate at a 5-7 attorney firm with a billable target in the 1300 vicinity.

Thoughts on Prosci or SHRM-SCP certification? Which would be considered more valuable or highly regarded? Currently focused on Change Management but have a HR background (industry experience / area of study in college).

Is it hard to get into Salesforce? Big 4 consultant with 10 yoe, mostly in ERP/CRM implementation and program/project management, have Salesforce Admin cert but not much hands on experience due to mostly management exp, looking into Director TPM roles - should I apply? Or should I wait until I somehow gain more hands on SF experience?

So, a recruiter gave me feedback that my lack SPHR or SHRM-SCP is causing my resume to be knock out by AI and human recruiters despite my position and work history in Multinationals and being in Technology. They suggested that we put SPHR ( Lapsed). I let it lapse in 2017. What is your opinion? Plus if I were to take another certification - should I take SPHR or SHRM-SCP?

Will an MBA set me apart? I have a BS in Marketing from top 15 undergraduate business program with a 3.8 gpa, 2 years work experience (3 by the time I’d enroll), and scored in the 63rd percentile on the gmat. Ugh I wanted to take my son to see a UFC match in person. Just so happens there is one in November at Madison Square Garden - great right!
