Will there be initial support and training in the beginning, job security ? Will they put us in client location? Heard they will monitor our hours of working ? Hows the WLB ? Can we join HCL if Salary is good? Your feedback/guidance will be of great help to me.
Got an offer within Product Ops (Mt View) for L4, 145k base, 15% bonus, 185k equity (33/33/22/12), 15 sign on. One competing offer (that is lower) and only MBB promotion to Engagement manager in a few months as leverage point. Focus in healthcare strat and org change/transformation — when folks call I’ve been asking for $175K base but the roles have topped out at $150K base. If someone can verify this? I have seen so many posts here and on Quora too, that TCS release the salary structure breakup after the interview rounds, but do not send the offer letter, even after acceptance of salary. The HR person won't deny you on the face, but keep on delaying that offer letter release would take time. Is this true? Do a reputed company like TCS make such fake promises or raise false hopes in candidates?

Is corp strategy in the industry (not tech) is a dead end? Offer i got has $10k sign on bonus but if i leave in 2 yrs they want back them all. Isn’t it odd? It should be 1 yr max.
I work at a boutique (currently ~14 bankers and 10 back office roles). Joined in august. Since august, 3 senior bankers (MD / VP) 1 HR director, and now 2 analysts have left for great opportunities. To be honest I’m happy and like my role, plus it’s too early to think about switching firms already. I am now the only analyst left, we have another one joining in January. Any advice on how I can leverage this for comp discussions at the end of the year?

Hi Ladies - Trying to decide when to officially go on leave. I was thinking two weeks before I’m due but everyone keeps telling me to work up until the due date to have more time at the end with the baby. I’m honestly just tired of working and barely get any sleep at this point. Wouldn’t mind having some me time (I have 5 months leave) but also realize the baby could come early.
