Director small client to VP flagship client, internal move after less than a year. Going from leading a team of 4 to one of 20. What’s a reasonable ask as a percentage salary bump?

And KeyBank position is a private client advisor pay is $67k but bonus can range from $10k -$25k depending on performance and other compensation factors.
