Do my MBB peeps who transitioned from a Big 4 firm notice a difference in the hours they work? Is it substantially more hours, or roughly the same?

Are consultants at MBB allowed to trade individual stocks? Or are they limited to mutual funds only? For example, can someone at McKinsey buy AAPL?

Is it possible for someone with anxiety to have a career at MBB? Anyone currently in this situation? How do you cope?
